Week 4- Blogs,visuals and copyright

Tasks

Blog- 3 key ideas or activities from each reading on your blog that teachers would find useful.

Here is the link to the library for the readings ( or search under Callow for the reserve)

Collect & Create

Using the listed photo sites on the main blog, collect a series of images you could use with your class to:

  • create a text innovation on a picture book ( I went walking or Monkey and Me for example)
  • create a powerpoint template for the text innovation
  • create a jpg image of one powerpoint screen and post it on your blog.

Find 2 or 3 educational blogs you could use to model to your class as example of effective blogs. Post a link to each on your blog, with a brief review, noting age group you would use, and what content and features make it a good model for your students.
